i miss having a healthy routine, after all my family drama my depression just killed me
but i am going to take it one day at a time
so tomorrow;
breakfast (cereal or oatmeal)
thrift store shopping with mom, grandma and brother
get a small work out in
light lunch (salad and smoothie maybe)
shower at 5/get ready for friends birthday house party
wine shopping with my friend at around 6/7
arrive at 9:30 to party and eat and drink and throw all my hard work away
but i want to have fun and it will cancel out my good eating day so
hopefully i can stick to this
