thintips: These beautiful bitches are the lowest calorie noodles I have encountered. The highest calorie bag of these I’ve been able to find are just six calories a serving. You can find these at some grocery stores in the Asian isle, sometimes in the refrigerated section, or online.  I’m personally a huge fan of the Miracle brand, which I can only find online but it doesn’t only come in the stringy form but also fettuccine and rice. Plus the serving size is exactly a bag and claims to be zero calories.  You can cook them in a soup or have them with a spaghetti sauce.  Personal suggestion is a bit of powdered chicken broth and low sodium soy sauce but make it your own.
