Omgsh I need to eat slow too I eat SO fast I don’t even think I chew most of my food
But I think you probably need to reverse this, you need to have a big breakfast, there has to be a reason it’s the most important meal of the day, a breakfast that will make you have a light lunch, maybe a raw/clean lunch (veggies or a big salad or st) and then dinner will hopefully be where you can have a normal size dinner
Also get rid of all that candy and chips, you can’t eat it if it’s not there! But if you live with family who eat it, get healthy snack foods for yourself, instead of junk buy trail mix/dried fruit or cut up veggies with hummus or ranch or have fruit/a smoothie
Also if you can’t help snacking near dinner but you’ve eaten enough during the day maybe drink lots of water, or really drink water throughout the day it’s important and it keeps you full
you have a big gap between your small breakfast, zero lunch that by the time you get to dinner you just eat erryting, so you gotta space it out, I’ve seen that eating 6 small meals a day will help you lose more weight than the traditional 3 large/medium meals (plus snacking) a day, with 6 you’re kind of always eating a little bit so it..maybe it makes you not want to binge? (google about this they explain it better) idk but I hope I kind of helped (these are just suggestions remember but if you need anything else let me know!) x
